WhatsApp Business enables you to get your business on WhatsApp, communicate with customers more efficiently, and help you grow your business.

If you have separate business and personal telephone numbers, you can install WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone and register with both applications with different numbers.

In addition to the features available on WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business provides:

• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help customers find valuable information - such as a website, location, or contact information.

• BUSINESS ORDER FEATURES: Become more responsive to your customers by using Messages outside of business hours to notify them when you are not on the spot. Or, Greetings to send an introductory message to your customers when they first send you a message.

• FIXED / LANDLINE NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a fixed / landline telephone number and your customers can send messages to you at that number. During the verification process, select the "Call me" option to receive the code via a telephone call.

• RUNNING WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each application must have its own telephone number.

• WHATSAPP WEB: You can respond to customers more efficiently directly from a computer browser.

WhatsApp Business is built on WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features you use often, such as the ability to send multimedia, make calls for free \ *, send international messages for free *, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

Note: After you restore a chat backup from WhatsApp Messenger to WhatsApp Business, you will no longer be able to restore it to WhatsApp Messenger. If you want to return to WhatsApp Messenger, we recommend that you copy the WhatsApp Messenger backup that is on the phone to your computer before you start using WhatsApp Business.
